Our Support Framework
Personal Care assistance
Personal care assistance supports individuals with essential daily living activities where additional help is required. This includes assistance with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and general personal hygiene. Services are delivered in a respectful and professional manner, with a focus on maintaining dignity, comfort, and independence. Support is tailored to individual needs across veterans, aged care participants, and NDIS clients.
Housing Support
Housing support services assist individuals in maintaining stable and appropriate living arrangements. This includes supported independent living, emergency callouts when immediate assistance is required, short-term accommodation, and respite care. These services are designed to provide flexibility and continuity of care, ensuring access to safe and supportive housing options based on individual circumstances.
In-Home Support
In-home support provides practical assistance with everyday household tasks to help maintain a safe and functional living environment. This may include cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general household upkeep. The aim is to reduce the burden of daily tasks while enabling individuals to remain in their own homes with stability and confidence. Services are adapted to suit the specific needs of each client.
Community Intergration
Community integration services focus on supporting individuals to remain connected, active, and engaged within their community. This includes assistance with attending appointments, accessing local services, and participating in social or recreational activities. The objective is to reduce isolation, promote independence, and support meaningful participation in daily life across all client groups.
Mowing and Garden Maintenance
Mowing and garden maintenance services ensure that outdoor areas are kept safe, accessible, and well maintained. This includes regular lawn mowing, edging, and general garden upkeep tailored to the condition of the property and client requirements. Maintaining outdoor spaces supports both safety and overall property presentation, particularly for those who are unable to manage these tasks independently.
Nursing
Wound Care
Wound care involves the professional cleaning, dressing, and ongoing management of wounds to support healing and reduce the risk of infection. This may include care for cuts, ulcers, surgical wounds, or pressure injuries. Our nurse will assess the wound, apply appropriate dressings, and monitor healing over time, ensuring care is delivered safely and comfortably in your home.
Continence Assessment
A continence assessment helps identify and manage issues related to bladder or bowel control in a respectful and confidential manner. Our nurse will take the time to understand your situation and recommend practical strategies, supports, or products that can improve comfort, confidence, and day-to-day living. The focus is on maintaining dignity and helping you remain as independent as possible.
Stomal Therapy
Stomal therapy provides specialised support for individuals living with a stoma (such as a colostomy or ileostomy). Our nurse can assist with stoma care, appliance management, and education to ensure everything is functioning properly and comfortably. Ongoing support is provided to help prevent complications and give you confidence in managing your care.
